Features - Users can now change the contact of a ticket in "Bulk Ticket Actions" and "Change Properties" modals. - Search ability is added in all lists now, like Change Assignee, Status, Category etc.. Bug Fixes - Fixed an issue where adding private notes was not possible when there is no permission to add replies via agent panel. - Canned actions preview now works correctly with all the formatting intact, like hyperlinks etc.. - Applied canned action now maintains the formatting unlike previous versions. - Some messages in a ticket might have rendering issues in full screen view. As a workaround, tap on the 3-dot icon at top-right of the fullscreen ticket update view, and then choose "View Full Ticket Update" button to see the update without any rendering problems. - Ticket details now load faster than before. - More Bug Fixes and Improvements. |
